Integrity Estate Services’ clean out service has proven to be an invaluable tool for many attorneys, estate executors, real estate agents, and private individuals. Once the valuables have been removed for sale and/or safekeeping, our team of professionals will clear out the residence of all modestly valued items, non-saleable objects, and household debris, leaving the premises “broom clean” in preparation for final inspection and real estate closing.

After the Cleanout
Upon request, valuables can be taken to the auction house and sold. Removed items are donated to charitable organizations or recycled if applicable.
